1. Q: How can I get a sample? Is there any sample charge?
A:If you just want a sample to review the material and printing quality, we have some free samples available, but the express freight is under your account. If you want a sample for your own design, we need to charge the sampling cost.  For silk screen printing, it takes about 100usd. For CMYK printing, it takes about 200usd for 1 printing plate.If you need some special varnishes or the material the special, the cost depends.

2. Q: How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
A: Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area.

3. Q: How can I get your price list?
A: Please send us your email or fax for our price list and order information.

4. Q: Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
A: Yes you can. Logo and/or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 2,000 units per logo. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format. If you want your logo and company name to be printed on the package for the products (custom design package), such as gift box and paper card, the minimum order is 5,000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in JPG, TIF, AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw formats.

5. Q:If no exact designs, how can I get the products I want?
A:If you don't have the design but the exact product, just send us a copy for approval; if you have no design, no exact sample but some ideas, we can recommend our designer domestic and email to you.

6. Q:What are the basic elements for an initial pricing information?
A:Please provide us some specification for the item you inquire such as material, size, quantity, color, coating or finishes, packing, delivery schedule and shipping options.

7. Q: How to place an order?
A: Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
1) Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method (by courier, by air or by ocean container)
2) Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
3) Delivery time required
4) Freight payment (by collect or prepay)
5) Forwarder's contact details if there's any (in China or Hong Kong)

8. Q: Can you arrange the transportation for us?
A: Yes. We can arrange transportation by sea or by air.

9. Q: How can the products be sent to us?
A: For small quantity or weight less than 20kg, sent usually by courier. For orders from 20 to 500kg, can be sent by air to the airport near you. For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container. Basically, the transportation depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation method, destination country (airport, sea port).

10. Q: What's your usual payment term for orders?
A: We accept terms of T/T in advance, Western Union, PayPal, and T/T preferable under USD20,000.

11. Q: How can we become your sole distributor?
A: If you can sell our products USD5,000 to USD20,000 per month, you could be one of our distributors in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD50,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.

12. Q: How long is the quotation valid?
A:The quotation is based on the rough requirements you send and confirmed after you send the final proof. Quotation is valid in 30 days and we will renew for you once there is materi
al price and exchange rate fluctuant serious.
